Watch out from sharp obstacles and spears. Just use your uppercut and knock them down to the floor. Moving from left to right, first you need to take down a big bold guy with trouser suspenders and than a guy with a helmet and a baseball bat. You are in a role of Batman, who runs the city streets and fights the criminals. Most of the cops are corrupted, therefore leaving the city streets at the mercy of wild gangsters. Sin City is practically under attack and the local police is helpless in dealing with enormously high crime rate.
